Sean Pierce

Raised by a single mother in a small North Dakota town, my journey hasn’t been a straight path. By 17, I was on my own, struggling to find stability, which led me through homelessness and various jobs until I returned to North Dakota to work in the oil fields. Starting at the bottom, I worked long hour days, eventually becoming a production operations field supervisor, managing and mentoring a team of over 50 people.

One lesson stood out during that time: while I could teach the technical side of the job, I couldn’t teach people to care enough to succeed. This was a powerful realization that became my guiding principle: living with intention and taking control of your own life. You either decide to change, or you don’t. If you’re reading this, you've likely already made the choice.

My journey was marked by personal struggles—depression, addiction, and a toxic marriage. After my father's suicide, I hit rock bottom but decided to transform my life. Through therapy, self-development, and a commitment to health and learning, I got sober, ended my marriage, rebuilt my body, and mastered everything from fitness to financial independence. I learned the importance of mental, physical, and emotional wellness and applied it to every area of my life.

One year ago, I sold all of my possessions and left America to travel. I’ve since backpacked through Southeast Asia and now live in Cambodia, continuing to explore and learn from different cultures.

Now, I help others who feel ready to make changes, just as I once did. If you're ready to take control and live a more fulfilling life, I’m here to guide you through the process.
